Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days.

• Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping speed.

International Shipping

• We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S.

• International delivery times vary but typically range from 7–21 business days.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, shipping carriers may experience unexpected delays due to weather, customs, or peak seasonal demand. Unfortunately, these are outside of our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Marker Skincare is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping provider directly. We’ll do our best to assist where possible.
